Who this policy covers
This policy describes the information practices of the Jordan Mortgage website operated by Josias Jordan, Mortgage Strategist with NEXA Lending, including its contact forms, booking service (Jordan Mortgage Booking), tools, Insights articles, and campaign pages that link to this policy. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Josias Jordan’s operation of these services.
This is a website privacy policy. A formal loan application, lender portal, or other financial service may have a separate privacy notice, authorization, and terms provided by NEXA Lending, the lender, or the applicable provider. This policy does not replace those notices or authorize a credit inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, discuss your financing goals, arrange and manage consultations, send service communications, maintain records, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the website and customer experience. We also summarize inquiry topics and booking activity to understand which services visitors request.
Submitting a question or booking a call does not enroll you in an automated marketing-text program. If we offer optional marketing communications, we will provide the applicable notice, choices, and consent process. You can ask us to stop promotional follow-up at any time.
Service providers & sharing
Information is handled by Josias Jordan and the providers needed to operate the service. These currently include OpenAI’s Sites hosting platform and its infrastructure, including Cloudflare for website execution and storage; Google for calendar services; and Resend for transactional email delivery. Business notifications are sent to Josias’s NEXA Lending email address. Providers process the information necessary for their functions under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Booking details are stored in the designated consultation calendar and may be visible in calendars to which Josias has granted access. Confirmation messages and calendar invitations disclose your own appointment details to the email address you provide. Please check that address carefully and keep appointment-management links private.
If you ask us to pursue financing or coordinate with a partner, relevant information may be shared with NEXA Lending, prospective lenders, or the professionals involved in your request, subject to applicable authorizations and financial privacy notices. We may also disclose information where legally required, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or security, or resolve a dispute. A business transfer would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations and any required notice or consent.
We do not sell information submitted through this website or share it with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising. The more specific restrictions on Google API data below also apply.
Google Calendar information
The booking service connects to a Google account authorized by the site administrator. Borrowers do not need to connect a Google account to book. The integration requests permission to manage events in calendars owned by the connected account and to check calendar availability. Although the granted event permission can cover owned calendars, the application uses its configured consultation calendar for booking operations.
We request busy-time intervals from the configured calendars to prevent conflicts. For calendars shared only as free/busy, we do not request event titles, descriptions, or attendee details. The service creates, checks, and removes consultation events containing the appointment time and the borrower’s submitted name, email, phone number, and discussion topic. It does not request access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Calendar information is used for scheduling and related support, not advertising, creditworthiness decisions, or loan eligibility. Google API data is not sold, supplied to data brokers, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Transfers and human access are limited to operating or supporting the scheduling feature with authorization, addressing security issues, or meeting legal obligations. Our handling of Google API information follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use restrictions.
Authorization credentials are stored encrypted by the application. Consultation records and event identifiers are retained to manage bookings and resolve issues; free/busy responses are used during availability checks rather than saved as a history of the administrator’s calendar. The connected account holder can revoke access through Google Account settings or use the website’s administrative disconnect control after resolving future bookings. Revocation stops future access but does not itself erase existing booking records or previously sent emails. Contact us to request deletion of retained information.
Cookies, tools & analytics
The current website does not deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising cookies. Its built-in reporting counts inquiries and confirmed bookings and summarizes inquiry topics. A local browser event mechanism identifies certain button clicks but currently sends no traffic data to an analytics provider. Hosting, authentication, and security services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide their services.
The current mortgage calculator performs its calculations in your browser; the calculator does not submit the figures you enter to our inquiry database. If you choose to send us a scenario, the information you submit becomes part of your inquiry.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect some functionality. We do not currently use cross-site advertising tracking; browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s current processing. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide consent or opt-out controls where required before enabling them.
Your choices & privacy requests
You may browse without submitting a form, contact us directly, and use your appointment-management link to reschedule or cancel. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or ask about other privacy rights that apply where you live, using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. We will explain applicable limitations and respond as required by law. If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may contact us to appeal a decision.
For optional promotional emails introduced in the future, use the unsubscribe instructions or contact us. Essential messages about a requested service or an existing appointment may still be sent. Separate consent will be obtained where required for automated marketing calls or texts; this policy is not that consent.
Calendar invitations and downloaded events may be retained by your own email or calendar provider. Their privacy settings apply to those copies. External websites you choose to visit have their own policies.
Retention & security
We retain information based on the purpose for which it was collected, the status of your inquiry or relationship, operational and security needs, and applicable legal or financial-services recordkeeping requirements. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically delete its record. There is currently no automatic deletion period for inquiry and appointment records; you may contact us to request review or deletion. Copies may remain in email systems, calendars, logs, or backups according to the relevant retention requirements.
We use measures designed to protect information, including restricted administrative access, encrypted calendar credentials, and abuse prevention controls. No website or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
These services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can review and address it.
Future features & policy updates
We may expand the services to offer appointment reminders, educational newsletters, downloadable resources, event registration, additional calculators, client accounts, secure document workflows, customer relationship management, or assisted customer-support tools. Availability of a feature does not mean every visitor is enrolled in it. The information collected and its use will depend on the feature you choose and the notice presented when you use it.
Before materially changing how information is collected, used, or shared, we will revise this policy and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. New Google data permissions or purposes will be explained before access is requested. This section does not authorize undisclosed tracking, unrestricted data sharing, or retroactive use of previously collected information for incompatible purposes. The date above identifies the latest policy update.
