Commercial & Business Financing

Bring me
the project.

From a small multifamily acquisition to an industrial development, let’s talk about what you’re planning—and how to finance it.

Commercial real estate

What do you
have in mind?

Buying, building, improving, or refinancing. I work with investors, developers, and business owners across a wide range of property types.

Self-storage facilities, hospitality properties, and projects with a specialized use.

Your financing strategist

Let’s work
through the deal.

My role is to help you find a lending fit, compare the terms, and build a financing plan around what you’re trying to accomplish.

As a broker, I can work across lenders and financing structures. You have someone helping you evaluate the options and coordinate the next steps.

The lending fit

I look at the property, business, and purpose of the funds to identify lending sources suited to the deal. A stabilized acquisition, a new build, and a business expansion each call for a different approach.

The full structure

We review the cash you’ll need, payment terms, fees, collateral, guarantees, and flexibility to pay off or refinance. You’ll have help weighing the details that affect how the financing works for you.

The timing

We work through purchase deadlines, construction draws, lease-up, and loan maturity as they apply to your project. I’ll help coordinate the financing around the milestones ahead.

Beyond real estate

Financing for
the business itself.

A new piece of equipment. A business acquisition. Working capital for the months ahead. We can talk through those needs, too.

Business lines of credit

Access working capital for inventory, operating expenses, seasonal needs, or a new opportunity. We can review secured and unsecured options around your business and cash flow.

Equipment financing

Purchase or replace the machinery, vehicles, and equipment your business uses. I’ll help you evaluate financing around the asset, its useful life, and the cash you want to keep available.

SBA financing

Explore SBA options for eligible business acquisitions, expansion, owner-occupied commercial property, equipment, and working capital. I’ll help identify which program fits the use of funds.

Before we talk

A few things
you may be wondering.

Is my project too small—or too large?

I don’t set a blanket minimum or maximum loan size. As a broker, I work across lending sources with different ranges and specialties. Bring me the amount and the project; I’ll help identify the appropriate options and the requirements that apply.

Do I need a property under contract before we talk?

No. We can start while you’re evaluating a property, planning a build, or considering a business purchase. An early conversation helps establish financing considerations before you commit to a price, budget, or timeline.

Can you help if my bank cannot do the deal?

Yes. We can review the reason it did not fit and consider other lending sources. Property type, project stage, documentation, or the bank’s own lending limits may be part of the issue. I’ll help assess the available paths and their costs and terms.

Does business financing require real estate?

No. Business lines of credit and equipment financing can serve needs separate from a property purchase. SBA financing can also support eligible business uses beyond real estate. Collateral and guarantee requirements depend on the financing; an unsecured option does not necessarily mean no personal guarantee.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Start with what you’re financing, the approximate amount, your timeline, and where things stand today. If you have a property listing, rent roll, project budget, or business financials, those can help with the next stage of review. You don’t need a complete loan package to start the conversation.

Tell me what you’re planning.

We’ll talk through the opportunity, the financing you need,
and what it would take to move forward.
